RES Service Orchestration SR3

Service Release3 of RES Automation Manager Service Orchestration is now available for download.

These are some of the fixes:

• Action 'Provide Information' could not be completed when using categories with many subcategories.
  
• Clients and Dashboard: Support for Swedish language. Blame me if it is not correct :-)
  
• New Site ID generated after upgrading to SR2.
  
• Services not returned when person was marked for deletion. This could occur:
  - If the person was marked for deletion through a Data Reader/Data Link
  - If the return workflow contained at least one action.
  
• Special characters not shown correctly in e-mail notifications.
